| A. XM Direct 2 will be sold at most regional distributors and independent dealers that offer XM radio mobile products for your vehicle. Please refer to www.audiovox.com for a retail location near you. |

| Q. What do I need for XM Direct 2 installation in my vehicle? |

| A. A CD, Multimedia or Navigation radio or head-unit that is SAT Ready or XM Ready (see our website for the latest list of supported brands and compatible models). An XM Direct 2 Kit (model# CNP2000UC) and applicable connection cable (example: CNPALP1 Alpine Interface Cable). Your professional installer should have access to a computer with a USB 2.0 port and the internet. |

| Q. If I already have an existing radio will it work with XM Direct 2? |

| A. Most 2006 and 2007 XM Ready and SAT Ready radios from our supported partners will be compatible with our XM Direct 2 kit. Before you purchase a new radio see the latest application chart on our website at www.audiovox.com/xmdirect. |
