If you don't know the model number.
You can only access the proper warranty information with the model number. If you don't know it offhand, here are some suggestions to help you locate it.
For most of the company's consumer electronics products the model numbers are on the units often in a prominent place. For Example:
All our car stereo, power inverters and portable mobile video products carry their model numbers right on the front of the unit. Car speakers, show the model number on the back, on the magnet label. For the vast majority of our home and portable units including two way FRS and GMRS radios, the model number is either on the back or in the battery compartment.
Still can't find it?
You can try and locate the model number by comparing your product to those listed on our website. Use the 'Find a Product' drop down on the left of this screen and select the product category that matches the product you own. Scroll through the product selections until you find the unit that matches and click on it. Then click on the 'Warranty Info' button on the top right side of the page.
